铝合金熔化极惰性气体保护焊(MIG)的亚射流过渡方式具有弧长调节作用强、焊缝成形美观的优点.本文从非线性动力学近似熵测度的角度对铝合金脉冲MIG焊的电弧电压信号进行分析,进而评价自适应控制模式针对亚射流过渡方式的适用性;讨论在自适应控制模式下,改变工艺参数和熔滴过渡方式时,近似熵值的变化;并对比自适应控制与普通脉冲控制在射滴过渡方式下的近似熵值大小.结果表明近似熵越小,自适应控制越成功,控制越有效.
The sub-jet transition mode of aluminum alloy melting inert gas arc welding (MIG) has the advantages of strong regulation of arc length and good weld appearance.In this paper, the arc voltage of aluminum alloy pulse MIG welding Signal, and then evaluate the applicability of adaptive control mode to sub-jet transition mode; discuss the change of approximate entropy value when changing process parameters and droplet transfer mode in adaptive control mode; and compare adaptive control with normal The approximate entropy value of impulse control in the droplet transfer mode is shown in Fig. 1. The results show that the smaller the approximate entropy, the more successful the adaptive control is and the more effective the control.
