War and peace are two basic states since the class of human beings. The issue of war and peace is a fundamental issue concerning the fate of mankind and the development of civilization. In the new historical period, Deng Xiaoping, a great statesman and theorist in the contemporary world, analyzed the changing international situation in a contemporary and contemporary world with a keen sense of sophistication and contemplation.
