未经理处的油桐种子(Aleurites fordii Hemsl seed)有35—40%发芽迟缓或不能发芽。经300ppm赤霉素处理的种子,发芽率达99%。未处理种子发芽时胚乳和子叶的脂肪含量只下降49.56%和73.03%,可溶性糖含量只增加3.2倍和3.3倍;胚乳干重由1.59克下降到0.92克,每棵幼苗由0.04克上升到0.64克。经GA_3处理的种子发芽时,胚乳和子叶的脂肪含量分别下降90.98%和93.24%,可溶性糖含量增加6.5倍和4.4倍,胚乳干重由1.66克下降到0.29克,每棵幼苗干重由0.04克上升到1.32克。差异非常明显。主要原因是由于GA_3刺激了异柠檬酸裂解酶的活性。例如,经处理种子胚乳和子叶的异柠檬酸裂解酶活性,分别为对照种子的3.2倍和1.7倍。
Unlearned Aleurites fordii Hemsl seed has 35-40% sluggish germination or no germination. After 300ppm gibberellin-treated seeds, the germination rate of 99%. The fat content of endosperm and cotyledons decreased by only 49.56% and 73.03% when the untreated seeds germinated, while the soluble sugar content increased by only 3.2 and 3.3 times respectively.
