强化美育和体育教育是落实全面发展教育方针的具体体现。本文通过研究认为,高职院校要实现人才培养目标和突出办学特色,必须重视艺术和体育教育。提升高职学生的艺体素质和人文素质,不能忽视艺体素质教育对培养高职学生创新思维的补充作用,不能忽视艺体素质教育对满足高职学生个性发展需求的强化作用,不能忽视艺体素质教育对培养高职学生交流沟通能力的验证作用。要建立艺体素质教育框架体系,有力推动高职毕业生的就业竞争力。
