目的考察香菇、黑木耳提取液改善营养性贫血的效果。方法将SD大鼠以缺铁饲料造成营养性贫血模型,把大鼠随机分为低铁模型组、香菇提取液灌胃组、黑木耳提取液灌胃组、乳酸亚铁对照组及正常对照组,比较分析了各组大鼠的体重、摄食量、血红蛋白(Hb)含量、红细胞游离原卟啉(FEP)含量、红细胞压积的变化。结果实验4周后,香菇、黑木耳提取液灌胃组大鼠与低铁模型组比较,体重、摄食量、血红蛋白含量与红细胞压积均显著升高(P<0.05),FEP含量则显著降低(P<0.01);与乳酸亚铁组比较,中、高剂量组大鼠血红蛋白含量、红细胞压积明显提高(P<0.05),FEP含量显著降低(P<0.01),体重、摄食量略有升高;各提取液灌胃组各项指标均接近正常组。结论香菇、黑木耳提取液均可明显改善营养性贫血大鼠症状。
Objective To study the effect of mushrooms and black fungus extracts on nutritional anemia. Methods The model of nutritional anemia was induced by iron deficiency in SD rats. The rats were randomly divided into low iron model group, shiitake mushroom extract group, black fungus extract group, ferrous lactate control group and normal control group The changes of body weight, food intake, hemoglobin (Hb), erythrocyte free protoporphyrin (FEP) and hematocrit in each group were compared. Results After 4 weeks of experiment, the body weight, food intake, hemoglobin and hematocrit were significantly increased (P <0.05) and the content of FEP was significantly decreased (P <0.01). Compared with the ferrous lactate group, the content of hemoglobin and hematocrit in the medium and high dose groups were significantly increased (P <0.05), the content of FEP was significantly decreased (P <0.01) Increased; each extract gavage group of indicators are close to the normal group. Conclusion Mushroom, black fungus extract can significantly improve the symptoms of nutritional anemia in rats.
