作为BRW500/31.5型乳化液泵项目设计的辅助工作,利用AMEsim软件建模并进行了分析。通过比较不同曲轴转速下工作腔内的压力气蚀情况及液力端输出压力流量的状况,确定了该泵站模型的曲轴转速为600 r/min,从而为该泵的设计优化提供了重要的参考。
As an aid to the design of the BRW500 / 31.5 emulsion pump project, it was modeled and analyzed using AMEsim software. By comparing the pressure cavitation in the working chamber with the different crankshaft rotational speed and the output pressure flow at the hydraulic end, the crankshaft rotation speed of this pump station model was determined to be 600 r / min, which provided important design and optimization for the pump reference.
