党的十八大报告明确提出我国文化发展新的阶段性任务是扎实推进社会主义文化强国建设,莫言获得诺贝尔文学奖正是中国文化国际影响力显著增强的标志性事件。莫言以其对本土性文化经验的深入探索,对世界性文化经验的成功回应,为中国的跨文化传播提供了思考的路径。中国文化强国的建设需要不断扩大中华文化国际影响力,需要文化工作者增强文化自信和创造活力,为世界文化作出中国特色的伟大贡献。
The 18th National Congress of the CPC made it clear that the new phase of our cultural development is to push forward the building of a strong socialist culture. Mo Yan’s winning of the Nobel Prize for Literature is a landmark event in which the international influence of Chinese culture has been significantly enhanced. Mo Yan’s in-depth exploration of local cultural experience and successful response to world cultural experiences provide a path of thinking for China’s intercultural communication. The building of China’s culturally powerful nation needs to constantly expand its international influence in the Chinese culture. Cultural workers need to enhance their cultural confidence and vitality and make great contributions to world culture with Chinese characteristics.
