目的:探讨健脾益肾方联合常规胰岛素对妊娠糖尿病患者血脂、血糖水平及妊娠结局的影响。方法:选取84例妊娠糖尿病患者为受试对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组及治疗组各42例。两组均予妊娠糖尿病标准化治疗,治疗组再予健脾益肾方治疗。观察两组血糖、血脂的变化,以及妊娠结局。结果:治疗后治疗组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三脂水平均低于对照组,组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后对照组巨大胎儿、羊水过多、流产、剖宫产发生率均高于对照组,组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组妊高症、胎膜早破发生率高于治疗组,组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:健脾益肾方联合常规胰岛素治疗妊娠糖尿病,能有效调节患者血糖、血脂水平,促进妊娠良好结局。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Jianpi Yishen Recipe combined with routine insulin on serum lipids, blood glucose and pregnancy outcome in gestational diabetes mellitus patients. Methods: Eighty-four patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected as subjects, and divided into control group and treatment group by random number table. Both groups were given standardized treatment of gestational diabetes, the treatment group was treated with spleen and kidney again. Observe the changes of blood glucose, blood lipid and pregnancy outcome in two groups. Results: After treatment, the levels of fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose, total cholesterol and triglyceride in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group. There were significant differences between the two groups (P <0.05). After treatment, huge fetuses, polyhydramnios, abortion and cesarean section incidence in the control group were all higher than those in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). In the control group, The incidence was higher than that in the treatment group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Jianpi Yishen Recipe combined with routine insulin treatment of gestational diabetes can effectively regulate blood glucose and blood lipid levels and promote good pregnancy outcomes.
