目的:探讨复方黄芪无糖颗粒冲剂治疗冠心病心绞痛的作用机理。方法:通过小鼠对常压耐缺氧和低压耐缺氧研究,及应用放免法测定大鼠过氧化脂质(LPO)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的观察,并与地奥心血康作对照。结果:复方黄芪无糖颗粒冲剂能延长小鼠在常压及低压情况下缺氧环境的存活时间,并可明显提高大鼠SOD活力,减低LPO含量。结论:复方黄芪无糖颗粒冲剂有明显耐缺氧及抗氧化作用。
Objective: To explore the mechanism of Compound Huangqi Wutang Granules in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. METHODS: The mice were exposed to hypoxia and hypobaric hypoxia at normal pressure, and radioimmunoassay (LPO) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were measured by radioimmunoassay. The results were compared with those of Dioxin Xuekang. RESULTS: Compound Huangqiwutang Granules could prolong the survival time of hypoxic environment in mice under normal pressure and low pressure, and significantly increased SOD activity and decreased LPO content in rats. Conclusion: Compound Huangqi Wutang Granules have obvious anti-anoxia and anti-oxidation effects.
