绞股蓝皂甙SH-6(GynosaponinSH-6)可抑制小白鼠自发性活动,增加戊巴比妥钠催眠阈下剂量的睡眠率和延长其催眠剂量的睡眠时间。腹腔注射绞股蓝皂甙SH-621mg/kg可降低大鼠脑内边缘叶区去甲肾上腺素(NA)含量(P<0.05),明显提高高香草酸(HVA)(P<0.01)、二羟苯乙酸(DOPAC)(P<0.01)和5-羟吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)(P<0.05)含量,10.5mg/kg仅提高高香草酸含量(P<0.05);绞股蓝皂甙SH-6(21mg/kg)提高大鼠脑内纹状体区二羟苯乙酸的含量(P<0.05)。结果表明绞股蓝皂甙SH-6的镇静、催眠作用可能与降低脑内边缘叶单胺递质有关
Gynosaponin SH-6 (Gynosaponin SH-6) can inhibit the spontaneous activity of mice, increase the hypnotic sublimation sleep rate of pentobarbital sodium and prolong the hypnotic dose of sleep time. Intraperitoneal injection of gypenoside SH-621mg/kg reduced the content of norepinephrine (NA) in the edge region of the rat brain (P<0.05), and significantly increased homovanillic acid (HVA) (P<0.01). Contents of DOPAC (P<0.01) and 5-HIAA (P<0.05), 10.5 mg/kg only increased homovanillic acid content (P<0) .05); Gynostemma saponin SH-6 (21mg/kg) increased the content of dihydroxyphenylacetic acid in the rat striatum (P<0.05). The results showed that the sedative and hypnotic effects of Gynostemma saponins SH-6 may be related to the reduction of monoamine transmitters in the limbic lobe of the brain.
