目的:探讨双极等离子体电切系统对大鼠勃起神经造成热损伤后勃起功能的改变。方法:将10只大鼠分为2组,每组5只,其中一组大鼠用双极等离子体电切系统直接电凝双侧勃起神经,另一组大鼠用于前列腺外科包膜相似的组织垫附于双侧勃起神经上后,再用双极等离子体系统电凝相同部位,两组大鼠操作后饲养1个月,测量两组大鼠注射阿扑吗啡后的勃起情况。结果:直接电凝双侧勃起神经的大鼠组中的所有大鼠注射阿扑吗啡后均未出现勃起;而垫附前列腺外科包膜相似组织的大鼠组中,所有大鼠注射阿扑吗啡后均出现了勃起。结论:双极等离子体系统热穿透性差,对前列腺外科包膜外的勃起神经影响较小,几乎不影响正常的勃起功能。
OBJECTIVE: To study the changes of erectile function after thermal injury caused by bipolar plasma electrotome in rat erectile nerve. Methods: Ten rats were divided into two groups with five in each group. One group of rats were directly electrocoagulation with bilateral bipolar erectile system by bipolar plasma electrosurgical system, and the other group was used for envelopment of prostate Of the tissue pad attached to the bilateral erectile nerves, and then use the bipolar plasma system to coagulate the same site, two groups of rats were kept for 1 month after operation, measuring two groups of rats after injection of apomorphine erection. RESULTS: All the rats in the group of bilateral erectile nerves with direct electrocoagulation had no erection after injection of apomorphine, and all the rats in the group with similar enveloping prostate surgical implants were injected with apomorphine After the emergence of an erection. CONCLUSION: Bipolar plasma systems have poor thermal penetration and little effect on the erectile nerve outside the capsule of the prostate surgery, with little or no effect on normal erectile function.
