作者前已报道黄嘌呤氧化酶抑制剂别嘌呤醇在体外试验中能抑制巴西利什曼原虫的生长,本文进一步观察了别嘌呤醇及其主要代谢产物氧代嘌呤醇(Oxipurinol)在体外对三种致病性利什曼虫株的抑制作用以及与这些虫种腺嘌呤代谢的关系。
The author has previously reported xanthine oxidase inhibitor allopurinol in vitro tests can inhibit the growth of Leishmaniasis Brazil, further observation of allopurinol and its major metabolite oxypurinol (Oxipurinol) in vitro on the three Inhibition of pathogenic Leishmania strains and their relationship with adenine metabolism in these species.
