目的研制高精度的数字移相器.方法基于直接数字合成技术,采用大规模集成高速数字电路,在中频实现高精度移相控制.结果研制成功具有移相范围宽(0~360°),移相步进小(0.09°),转换时间短(<1μs),相位噪声低(偏离载频1kHz处<-90dB/Hz),杂散电平低(<-65dB)的高性能移相器.结论基于DDS的高精度移相器有助于改善相控阵雷达的波束扫描性能.
Objective To develop high-precision digital phase shifter. The method is based on the direct digital synthesis technology and adopts large-scale integrated high-speed digital circuits to realize high-precision phase shift control in the intermediate frequency. Results The system has a wide range of phase shift (0 ~ 360 °), small phase shift (0.09 °), short conversion time (<1μs) and low phase noise (<-90dB / Hz deviation from carrier frequency 1kHz) , Low stray level (<-65dB) high-performance phase shifter. Conclusion High-precision phase shifter based on DDS can help improve the beam scanning performance of phased array radar.
