语文教学的核心素养,就是指培养学生的“听说读写”能力。一个具备了较好的“听说读写”能力的人,才谈得上人文素养,而人文素养又是一个人素质高低的试金石。笔者在多年的语文教学实践中,主要尝试从以下几个方面来培养学生的听说读写能力。培养“听”的能力,不妨试试“素读”“听”的能力,是一个健全人与生俱来的基本能力,但那只是一种生物的本能反应。语文教学中所要培养的“听”的能力,则是指专注地倾听的能力,还包含听后具有思考分析和筛选信息的能力。培养听的能力有一个很重要的做法——教师素读,即不用配音或背景音乐,不加修
