[目的]探讨不同严重程度外阴阴道念珠菌患者血液及阴道分泌物中细胞因子IL-17的表达水平与其发病程度之间的关系。[方法]68例VVC女性患者分为轻中度VVC组(27例)、重度VVC组(21例)、RVVC组(20例)。同时,随机选择同期健康体检妇女26例为对照组。ELISA法检测各组血液及阴道分泌物中的IL-17表达水平。[结果]各组外阴阴道念珠菌病患者的阴道分泌物和血液中的IL-17表达水平均高于对照组(P﹤0.05),且各组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);组间两两比较,重度外阴阴道念珠菌病组和RVVC组IL-17的水平均高于对照组(P﹤0.05);RVVC组IL-17水平高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。[结论]外阴阴道念珠菌患者血液及阴道分泌物中IL-17的表达异常可能与外阴阴道念珠菌病的发病、病情严重程度和复发有关。
[Objective] To investigate the relationship between the expression level of IL-17 in blood and vaginal secretions of vulvovaginal candidiasis patients with different severity and its degree of pathogenesis. [Methods] Sixty-eight patients with VVC were divided into mild-moderate VVC group (27 cases), severe VVC group (21 cases) and RVVC group (20 cases). At the same time, randomly selected 26 women during the same period as the control group. The levels of IL-17 in blood and vaginal secretions were detected by ELISA. [Results] The levels of IL-17 in vaginal secretions and blood of patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis in each group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05), and there was significant difference between the groups (P <0.05 (P <0.05). The levels of IL-17 in severe vulvovaginal candidiasis group and RVVC group were higher than those in control group (P <0.05). The level of IL-17 in RVVC group was higher than that in control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The abnormal expression of IL-17 in the blood and vaginal secretions of patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis may be related to the pathogenesis of vulvovaginal candidiasis, the severity of the disease and the relapse.
