深井软岩巷道锚索-网壳衬砌耦合支护机理与实践

为了控制深井软岩巷道有害变形,针对深井软岩巷道地压大、变形大、难支护的特点,提出了各种支护之间以及支护体与围岩之间耦合的锚索-网壳衬砌耦合支护技术.分析了锚索-网壳衬砌耦合支护机理和网壳支架的作用特点,设计了合理的网壳支架,确定了网壳支架的承载能力.讨论了锚索-网壳衬砌耦合支护技术关键和特点,通过Bonaitin-Thomson模型推导出预留刚隙柔层厚度的计算式.现场实测结果表明:前10 d巷道围岩变形较大,变形速度相对后期较高,此后变形速度急速下降,到第43 d时,巷道围岩基本不变形.锚索-网壳衬砌耦合支护技术能够较好地控制巷道围岩的有害变形. In order to control the deforming deformation of deep soft rock roadway, aiming at the characteristics of large underground rock pressure, large deformation and difficult support in deep soft rock roadway, various kinds of anchorage cables and coupling between support body and surrounding rock are put forward Shell and lining coupled support technology.Analyzed the coupling support mechanism of anchor cable-grid shell lining and the function of the lattice shell support, designed a reasonable lattice shell support, and determined the bearing capacity of the lattice shell support. The keystone and characteristic of the shell-lining coupled support technology are deduced by Bonaitin-Thomson model. The field measurements show that the surrounding rock deformation is relatively large and the deformation velocity is relatively high in the first 10 days, After that, the deformation speed dropped rapidly, and basically no deformation occurred in the surrounding rock of the roadway on the 43rd day. The cable-mesh-shrouded lining coupled support technology can well control the harmful deformation of the roadway surrounding rock.
