我车间轴类零件较多,研磨顶尖孔的工序频繁。过去我们一直使用光面硬质合金顶尖来研磨顶尖孔,耗费工时长,质量有时也达不到技术要求,甚至往往因顶尖孔研磨质量不好,致使零件报废。后来,我们对光面硬质合金顶尖研磨工件的过程作了观察分析,发现,研磨时轴向挤压力很大,这样研磨剂被挤出,使研磨效率降低;研磨中遇到个别“硬”质点时,则会改变顶尖孔几何形状,破坏精度。我们针对上述情况,改进、设计了五稜顶
