房地产经济在国民经济发展过程中愈加显现出重要的作用和地位,促进了我国经济全面发展。房地产业已经慢慢成为我国强大经济支柱之一。基于房地产经济的重要性,我们必须对房地产经济波动加以重视,并且完善相关措施促进房地产经济不断完善和发展。本文从房地产经济波动的影响原因出发,继而论述政府对房地产经济波动的应对策略。
The real estate economy has become increasingly prominent in the development of the national economy and has played an important role in promoting the all-round economic development in our country. The real estate industry has slowly become one of China’s powerful economic pillars. Based on the importance of the real estate economy, we must attach importance to the real estate economic fluctuations, and improve the relevant measures to promote the continuous improvement and development of the real estate economy. This article starts from the causes of the real estate economic fluctuations and then discusses the government’s response strategy to the real estate economic fluctuations.
