肺结核发现工作的目的是为了对病人、特别是对排菌病人进行管理和彻底治疗,这在过去和现在,在认识上是一致的。不可否认,即使在现在,在整个结核病防治工作中,发现工作仍然是一个重要环节,需要在理论上和实践上进行深入的探讨。特别是我国,由于幅员广大,结核病防治工作发展极不平衡,发现工作要根据当地疫情、条件和可能,选择适当的方式。本刊欢迎有关这方面的、有科学根据的文章,也欢迎发表不同的看法。这期本刊发表以下三篇论文,供参考。
The purpose of tuberculosis discovery work is to manage and thoroughly treat patients, especially those with bacterioplasty, which is consistent in the past and present. It is undeniable that, even now, work on TB prevention and control is still an important part of the work that needs to be explored in theory and in practice. Especially in our country, due to the vast population, the development of tuberculosis prevention and control work is extremely unbalanced. We found that the work should be based on the local epidemic situation, conditions and possibilities, and choose the appropriate way. We welcome articles in this area that are scientifically based and welcome different opinions. This issue of the following three papers published for reference.
