劳务派遣用工方式是缓解公立医院医护人员资源不足,降低用工单位人力成本的重要措施。本文结合人事管理实际,通过近十年人事管理制度中的不断改革,通过对编制外员工的薪酬管理、福利待遇管理等一系列革新措施,逐步实现对派遣制员工的同工同酬制度。文章就同工同酬在劳务派遣制用工中如何科学合理地运用多种用工模式,充分调动派遣制员工的工作积极性,同工同酬制度在劳务派遣员工管理中的重要作用作一诠释。从劳务派遣用工的由来、实行同工同酬制度在劳务派遣制用工中的的利与弊、同工同酬制度对劳务派遣对员工的激励等方面,对劳务派遣员工的管理进行了探讨和研究。
Labor dispatch and employment mode is an important measure to alleviate the shortage of resources for medical staff in public hospitals and to reduce the labor costs of labor units. Based on the actual situation of personnel management, through continuous reform in the personnel management system in recent ten years, we gradually realized the equal pay for equal work by dispatching employees through a series of innovative measures such as the management of remuneration for employees outside the workforce and the management of benefits. This article makes an explanation of how the equal pay for work of equal value in labor dispatch system how to use a variety of employment patterns scientifically and reasonably to fully mobilize the work enthusiasm of dispatched employees and explain the important role of the same pay system in the management of dispatched employees. From the origin of employment dispatch, the implementation of equal pay for equal work system in the labor dispatch system, the advantages and disadvantages of the same pay system for labor dispatch to staff incentives, the dispatch of staff management and discussion.
