对稠油粘温关系和深井举升工艺进行了研究 ,结合实验室掺稀油降粘效果研究结果 ,对空心杆泵上和泵下掺稀油举升工艺的可行性进行了研究。计算结果及现场生产表明 ,空心杆掺稀油举升工艺能有效地改善井筒流体流动条件 ,保证油井以一定的产量进行稳定生产。空心杆泵下掺稀油能改善泵吸入口处原油的流动性 ,但对泵的实际排量有影响 ,且影响生产压差。空心杆泵上掺稀油没有解决原油进泵阻力大的问题 ,因此在泵吸入口处原油应具有较好的流动性。
The relationship between viscosity and temperature of heavy oil and the lifting process of deep well were studied. Combining with the research results of viscosity-reducing effect in laboratory, the feasibility of lifting process of hollow shaft pump with dilute oil was studied. The calculation results and the on-site production show that the hollow rod with dilute oil lifting process can effectively improve the wellbore fluid flow conditions and ensure the stable production of oil well with a certain output. Hollow rod pump with dilute oil can improve the pump inlet oil flow, but the actual displacement of the pump have an impact, and affect the production pressure. Hollow rod pump mixed with thin oil does not solve the problem of crude oil into the pump resistance, so the pump suction inlet crude oil should have better mobility.
