目的建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定聚精丸中淫羊藿苷含量的方法。方法样品用70%乙醇超声提取,在ShimadzuVP-ODS5μm150mm×4.6mm色谱柱上以流动相:甲醇∶水(55∶45);流速:1ml/min进行分离;270nm紫外波长检测。结果淫羊藿苷在3.45~69.45μg/ml范围内线形良好,r=0.9998。平均回收率为97.7%,相对标准偏差=1.5%。结论本法简便快速,准确性好,为控制聚精丸的质量提供了良好的依据。
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of icariin content in granules. Methods Samples were extracted by ultrasonic extraction with 70% ethanol and separated on a Shimadzu VP-ODS 5 μm 150 mm×4.6 mm column with a mobile phase of methanol:water (55:45); flow rate: 1 ml/min; detection at 270 nm UV wavelength. As a result, icariin had good linearity in the range of 3.45-69.45 μg/ml, r=0.9998. The average recovery was 97.7% and the relative standard deviation was 1.5%. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid and accurate. It provides a good basis for controlling the quality of poly concentrates.
