神经降压素(Neurotensin,以下简称NT)是最初从牛的下丘脑中分离出的一个生物活性肽。此后,在脑的各个部位以及某些外周组织(特别是胃肠道中)也检出了浓度不同的NT。与其分布一致,NT也具有多种中枢和外周的药理作用。此外,在脑及某些外周组织中也已发现高亲和性的NT结合位点。这些位点推测为NT发挥作用的生理学受体。近年,有报告指出,在子宫的神经支配中存在NT的免疫反应的神经纤维。据此,本文作者观察和研究大鼠子宫是否存在NT的高亲和性结合位点。
Neurotensin (NT) is a bioactive peptide originally isolated from the hypothalamus of cattle. Since then, different concentrations of NT have also been detected in various parts of the brain and in some peripheral tissues, especially in the gastrointestinal tract. In line with its distribution, NT also has a variety of central and peripheral pharmacological effects. In addition, high affinity NT binding sites have also been found in the brain and in certain peripheral tissues. These sites speculate that NT plays a role in the physiological receptors. In recent years, it has been reported that there is an immune response of NT nerve fibers in the innervation of the uterus. Accordingly, the authors observed and investigated whether there is NT high affinity binding site in rat uterus.
