介绍了为满足铁路主要干线全面提速而研制开发的东风10F型准高速客运机车，科学、严谨、快速地完成了厂内研制，并顺利通过环行道及线路试验。该车的研制成功为铁路运输牵引实现“提速、重载”研制生产的东风10系列机车中又增添了一种新型机车。
The Dongfeng 10F quasi-high-speed passenger locomotive developed to meet the needs of the full speed increase of main railway lines was introduced. The research was completed in a scientific, rigorous and rapid manner and successfully passed the test of roundabouts and routes. The successful development of the car added a new type of locomotive to the Dongfeng 10 Series locomotive developed and produced by “traction and heavy load” for railway transportation.
