为了积极贯彻《中国教育改革和发展纲要》的指示精神,加强教育改革和发展的理论研究和实验,来自北京、山东、甘肃、湖北、山西、安徽、辽宁、江苏、浙江等地的实验小学的同志,聚会在十月的宁波,参加了由中央教科所《教育研究》杂志社、杭州大学教育系和宁波市江北区教育局联合主办的“小学教改实验工作研讨会”。一些教育实验方面的专家学者和宁波市教委、教科所的领导出席了会议,并作了学术报告。一些在教改实验方面颇有成效的学校的校长也在会上介绍了各自的实验情况,如南京市琅琊路小学的“小主人教育”,杭州市紫阳小学的“良好班队集体的优化建设”,温州市水心小学的“市场经济与社区教育”,宁波市江北区实验小学的“区别教育”等。与会者围绕“贯彻《纲要》精神,深化教改实验”这一主题,重点从三个方面进行了比较深入的探讨。
