研究了苯乙烯和丙烯酸十八酯以过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,以甲苯为溶剂进行的自由基溶液共聚合反应,对共聚物进行了红外光谱表征和分析,研究了不同配比的2种单体的共聚物对大庆原油的降凝效果,结合70℃热处理加入质量分数为0.005~0.01的PSOA-4可使大庆原油的凝固点从原来的35℃降低到16~17℃。
The copolymerization of styrene and octadecyl acrylate with benzoyl peroxide (BPO) as initiator and toluene as solvent was studied. The copolymer was characterized by IR and analyzed. Compared with the condensation of two kinds of monomers on Daqing oil, the freezing point of Daqing crude oil decreased from 35 ℃ to 16 ~ 17 ℃ with the addition of PSOA-4 with mass fraction of 0.005-0.01 at 70 ℃.
