教师是幼儿园发展的主体力量。在幼儿园中教育目的、计划的直接实施者是教师,实施效果对于幼儿园保教质量的提高起着重要的作用,教师队伍的素质也决定了幼儿园的兴衰成败。多年来,笔者所在幼儿园以《幼儿园教育指导纲要》为指导,将“儿童为本,以质立园”作为立园之本,确定“科研兴园,以研促教”的发展方向,本着“全园参与,民主管理,自我激励,注重沟通”的原则,积极倡导“诚信、敬业、团结、创新”的价值观和“真诚、尊重、感恩、包容”的人际关系,注重阳光文化建设,努力为教职工的成长营造温情激情的和谐氛围。
