在医学检验中,实验室的质量保证十分重要。根据医学检验的工作特点,实验室质量保证分为3个阶段,即分析前阶段,分析中阶段和分析后阶段。分析前质量管理是指为保证检验果真实和有效,针对“分析前阶段”可能影响检测结果准确性的各个环节所采取的相应措施。本文分别探讨实验室质量管理中检验前、检验中和检验后3个阶段的质量管理措施,以提高实验室质量。
In medical testing, laboratory quality assurance is very important. According to the characteristics of the work of medical testing, laboratory quality assurance is divided into three phases, namely the pre-analysis phase, the analysis of the middle and post-analysis phase. Pre-analysis quality management refers to the measures taken to ensure that the test results are genuine and effective, and for all aspects that may affect the accuracy of the test results before the “pre-analysis stage”. This article separately discusses the quality management measures in the three stages before, during and after the laboratory quality management to improve the laboratory quality.
