矿井坑口排风主扇是矿山主要噪声源之一,主扇由电动机直按驱动叶轮高旋转,推动气流,在运转时辐射出强烈的噪声,污染环境,控制其噪声已成为当务之急。本文在对阜新高德煤矿坑口排风主扇噪声进行详细分析和测试的基础上,应用噪声控制技术理论,设计了主扇消声器,现报道如下。一.坑口排风主扇的噪声特性主扇风机的参数如下:型号70B_2-21No-18D轴流风机,风量Q=64.6m~3/s,全压P=3530.4P_a功率W=370kW,转数n=1000r/min。
