21世纪高新技术发展突飞猛进,伴随而来的各种新设备和新工艺也纷纷博人眼球,当前电力企业也选择从新领域来拓展自身的业务模式,这对于电力企业人才系统势必提出了更高的要求。随着市场竞争趋势日益激烈,企业之间的人才竞争与薪资竞争有着必然联系,因此现阶段电力企业的各项条件,如何采取有效的薪酬管理手段对员工薪资进行分配成为了企业留住人才的关键,这同时也是现阶段电力企业改革面临的迫切问题之一。需要注意的是,电力企业现行薪酬体制下在薪酬管理方面还存在一些问题,这必将影响到薪酬管理激励和杠杆作用的发挥。本文主要分析了当前电力企业在薪酬管理方面存在的不足,并针对问题提出了切实可行的改善对策。
