目的 证明河北、河南、安徽三省冈田氏绕眼果蝇对结膜吸吮线虫是否一样具易感性。方法 于 1998年~ 1999年先后对河北、河南及安徽省进行了犬感染结膜吸吮线虫调查 ,同时捕获冈田氏绕眼果蝇并分别繁殖出第二代蝇 ,以安徽的结膜吸吮线虫初产蚴进行喂饲感染 ,观察三省果蝇对该虫的易感性。结果 三省的第二代果蝇在感染后 ,于 2 2天 ,2 1天和 2 3天检查 ,河北省的 4 5只 ,阳性 2只 ,占 4 4 4 % ;河南省的 5 3只 ,阳性 3只 ,占 5 6 6 % ;安徽省的 76只 ,阳性 3只占 3 94 %。三省果蝇感染的组间差别 ,经统计学处理 (χ2 =0 19,P >0 0 5 ) ,无显著性差异。结论 证明了河北、河南、安徽三省冈田氏绕眼果蝇一样对结膜吸吮线虫均易感
The purpose of this study is to prove whether Okada’s orchards in Hebei, Henan and Anhui provinces are as susceptible to conjunctival aspirational nematodes. Methods From 1998 to 1999, we conducted a survey on the infection of nematodes in dogs infected with canine conjunctiva in Hebei, Henan and Anhui Provinces. At the same time, they captured Okada’s eyes and fostered second-generation flies respectively. Feeding infection of larvae, observed the three provinces flies susceptible to the insects. Results The second generation of fruit flies in the three provinces were examined on days 22, 21 and 23 after infection. In Hebei Province, 45 were positive and 2 were positive, accounting for 44.4%. In Henan Province, 53, 3 were positive, accounting for 56.6%; 76 in Anhui Province, and 3 were positive, accounting for 3 94%. There was no significant difference between the three groups of Drosophila infection in the three groups by statistical analysis (χ2 = 0 19, P> 0 05). The conclusion proves that Okada, located in Hebei, Henan and Anhui provinces, is susceptible to conjunctival sucking nematodes,
