本文根据微波与金属相互作用产生散射的特性,采用新颖小型微带天线辐射器和对人体无害的、能接收被金属表面散射的微波功率的有耗振子天线,进行各级标准样块粗糙度与微波被散射功率的实验测量研究,设计制作了一套微波测量粗糙度装置。该装置测量R.值的范围为0.01~2.00μm,其测量误差不大于5%。测量速度快,操作简便,成本低廉,具有一定的实用价值,易于推广应用。
