“鸟巢”是近年来科技含量最高的奥运工程项目之一。其设计理念虽然来源于外国,但在结构计算、施工工艺、质量检验标准等方面则由国人自主制定和完成,并填补了多项国内技术空白。作为一个大跨度的曲线结构,“鸟巢”有大量的曲线箱形结构,设计和安装均有很大的挑战性。其中,钢结构总重5.3万吨,最大跨度259米,结构相当复杂,相关施工技术难题被列为科技部重点攻关项目。作为《现代焊接》杂志和中国焊接资讯网的记者,我们为国家体育场——“鸟巢”这一举世瞩目工程的顺利建成而深深地震撼和感动,出于职业的敏感和责任,特邀独家采访了“鸟巢”主要钢结构工程建设者之一——长江精工钢结构(集团)股份有限公司的总工程师戴为志先生。
“Bird’s Nest ” is one of the most technologically advanced Olympic projects in recent years. Although its design concept is from a foreign country, it is autonomously formulated and completed by the Chinese in terms of structural calculation, construction technology and quality inspection standards, and has filled in many gaps in domestic technology.
