本工作用多管微电极离子微电泳的方法,研究电针穴位与刺激尾核对家兔中央灰质(PAG)羟戊甲吗啡敏感神经元活动的影响。实验观察到大多数羟戊甲吗啡敏感神经元对两种不同途径的刺激有相类似的反应。反应的时程与方式相仿、发生缓慢、停止刺激后有后作用,而且均以抑制为主,部分神经元对两种不同途径刺激的抑制反应都能被纳洛酮微电泳所阻断。经Kendall等级相关系数τ的检验,两种刺激对羟戊甲吗啡敏感神经元的作用呈现相关。结果提示,PAG内大多数羟戊甲吗啡敏感神经元是两种不同途径刺激引起镇痛作用的共同环节。
In this work, we used the method of multi-tube microelectrode ion micro-electrophoresis to study the effects of electroacupuncture (EA) and stimulation of caudate nucleus on the activity of phenylephrine-sensitive neurons in rabbit central nervous system (PAG). It has been experimentally observed that most of the phenylephrine-sensitive neurons respond similarly to two different routes of stimulation. The time course of the reaction was similar to that of the mode, which occurred slowly and had a post-stimulatory effect. Both of them were mainly inhibited. Some neurons could be blocked by naloxone micro-electrophoresis. The Kendall rank correlation coefficient τ test showed that the two stimuli on the phenylephrine sensitive neurons play a relevant role. The results suggest that most of the phenylephrine-sensitive neurons in PAG are two common ways to stimulate the analgesic effect.
