目前在反腐成为新常态、简政放权是改革的必然趋势、新型企业家群体正在成长起来的形势下,政商关系正发生着根本改变。经济新常态下,亟需构建新型的政商关系。我们所说的新型政商关系就是我们要在法治框架下,把政商关系纳入法治轨道。由于我国市场体系尚不完善,政府主导经济发展的模式也没有根本转变,官员手中的资源配置权、项目审批权等,都存在着极大的寻租空间,政商关系的各种问题也日益突出。本文分析了我国目前政商关系存在的问题及原因,提出了如何构建法治框架下的新型政商关系。 At a time when anti-corruption has become a new normal and decentralization and decentralization is an inevitable trend of reform, as the new entrepreneurial groups are growing up, the political and commercial relations are undergoing fundamental changes. Under the new economic normal, there is an urgent need to build a new type of political and commercial relations. What we call the new type of business and political relations is that we must bring the political and business relations into the orbit of the rule of law under the framework of the rule of law. Due to the imperfect market system in our country and the fundamental pattern of government-led economic development, there is still a great rent-seeking space for officials in the allocation of resources and the examination and approval authority of projects. As a result, various problems in business relations have become increasingly prominent . This article analyzes the existing problems and the reasons for the current political and commercial relations in our country and puts forward how to build a new type of political and commercial relations under the framework of the rule of law.
