为研究沥青道面无核检测压实度技术的精确度问题,利用无核密度仪Pave Tracker TMPlus 2701-B分析了温度、湿度对测试结果的影响,建立了利用2701-B对施工动态检测技术的方法,并对混合料类型进行了研究。发现受到温度、湿度等因素影响,压实度之间存在较大变异性,其随温湿度增加而上升,尤其湿度影响更为显著。汇总以上成果提出利用无核检测技术确定道面压实度,采取温湿度补偿措施或有效选择性测试对其进行精确度弥补,可有效确保机场沥青道面的使用性能。
In order to study the accuracy of non-core testing compaction technology of asphalt pavement, the influence of temperature and humidity on the test results was analyzed by Pave Tracker TMPlus 2701-B, Method, and studied the type of mixture. It is found that due to the influence of temperature, humidity and other factors, there is a great variability between compaction degrees, which increases with the increase of temperature and humidity, especially the influence of humidity is more significant. Summarizing the above results, it is proposed to use the non-nuclear detection technology to determine the compaction degree of the pavement, compensate the precision with the compensation measures of temperature and humidity or the effective selective test, which can effectively ensure the service performance of the asphalt pavement of the airport.
