目的:了解泌尿系感染患者中段尿中分离病原菌的分布特征、耐药谱和感染危险因素。方法:大多数细菌的鉴定和药敏试验利用BD Phoenix仪,念珠菌利用显色平板分离和鉴定。结果:分离病原菌以大肠埃希菌为主。G-杆菌耐药率较低的为亚胺培南、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、阿米卡星和哌拉西林-他唑巴坦。G+球菌万古霉素耐药率为0.0%。住院天数(≥6 d)、手术和泌尿道插管是主要的危险因素。结论:应重视病原菌的鉴定和药敏结果,加强抗生素的合理使用。
Objective: To understand the distribution characteristics of urinary bacterial pathogens, drug resistance spectrum and infection risk factors in the middle urinary tract infection patients. Methods: Most bacterial identification and susceptibility testing using BD Phoenix instrument, Candida bacteria using color plate separation and identification. Results: Escherichia coli was the main pathogen isolated. The lower rates of G-bacilli were imipenem, cefoperazone / sulbactam, amikacin and piperacillin-tazobactam. Vancomycin resistance rate of G + cocci was 0.0%. Length of stay (≥6 days), surgery and urinary tract intubation were major risk factors. Conclusion: It should pay attention to the identification of pathogenic bacteria and drug susceptibility results, and strengthen the rational use of antibiotics.
