光子学使能技术可产生或节约能源、减少温室气体排放、降低污染、改善公众健康,这不但可以带动巨大的经济增长,对解决面向2020年的全球重大社会挑战也有至关重要的作用。该文以Web of Science~(TM)核心合集数据库中2010-2014年间的光电子器件研究论文为数据源,利用美国汤森路透公司的Thomson Data Analyzer等工具定量分析了关键光电子器件的研究趋势、国际竞争格局、热点方向,揭示了国际光电子器件研究的整体发展态势。
Photon-enabling technologies that generate or conserve energy, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, reduce pollution and improve public health will not only drive huge economic growth but also play a crucial role in addressing the major global social challenges facing 2020. Based on the optoelectronics research papers from 2010 to 2014 in the Web of Science ™ core collection database, Thomson Data Analyzer from Thomson Reuters in the United States is used to quantitatively analyze the research trends of key optoelectronic devices. International Competition, hot spots, revealing the overall development of the international optoelectronic devices research.
