2020年,上海市地方志办公室利用微信方式对32913人进行了地方志社会使用度调查.参与调查群体以中青年为主,以企事业单位人员居多,本科学历较多.调查结果表明:使用频率经常化,使用种类差异化,使用志书当代化,使用程度功利化,使用时长小时化,使用频次月度化,改进途径网络化;接触不到导致不使用,但知道方志机构和身边人使用,希望提供接触机会推进使用.调查结果对地方志工作具有启示借鉴价值:坚持修志为用,提高地方志的实用性;坚持普及内容,强化地方志的资料性;坚持查找方便,提升地方志的获取性;坚持志鉴史并重,统筹地方志的均衡性;坚持效率优先,增强地方志的快捷性;坚持面向大众,扩大地方志的接触性.
