一、欲纠其身,先正其心初一的学生刚刚从小学进入初中,一切都是新的开始。在以应试教育为中心的背景下,体育课原本是学生最喜欢的课。但在“分数”的围追堵截下,距离体育课的基础性、实践性、健身性、综合性渐行渐远。似乎它在学生的眼里变成了跑步课、打球课,在学生的心里它是一种可有可无的无聊课。大到每天的集体做广播操,小到种种的基本动作,学生们往往只是被动地去参与,被动地去应付。更谈不到自主训练、自我提升、自我规范了。
First, want to correct their body, first positive first day students just entering junior high school, everything is a new beginning. In the context of examination-oriented education, physical education was originally a student’s favorite class. However, under the circumstance of “score”, the basic, practicality, fitness and comprehensiveness of physical education are far away from each other. It seems in the eyes of students into a running class, playing class, in the student’s heart it is a dispensable boring class. To the collective broadcast daily, small to all sorts of basic movements, students are often passive to participate, passively to deal with. Not to mention self-training, self-improvement, self-regulation.
