本文用非离子型表面活性剂OP作增溶剂,使Br-BTAN与Cd的络合物稳定在水溶液中,借此进行镉的测定。在pH12~13的强碱性介质中,络合物最大吸收泼长为480nm,摩尔吸光系数为8.8×10~4。其它干扰元素采用抗坏血酸、酒石酸钾钠、柠檬酸钠、氟化钠联合掩蔽。方法应用于饮水、污染不太严重的工业废水中镉的测定。文献报导了在非离子型表面活性剂存在下,5-Br-DMPAP与镉的显色反应的研究;江淑芙报导用Triton X-100使Cd-PAN及Cu-PAN的螯合物增溶于水中;吴水生等也有类似报导。本文试验了聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚(OP)的增溶作用,使1—(6-溴-2-苯骈噻唑偶氮)—2—萘酚(Br-BTAN)与镉的螯合物稳定在水溶液中,成功地应用于光度法测定水中镉。
In this paper, non-ionic surfactant OP as a solubilizer, Br-BTAN and Cd complexes stabilized in aqueous solution, whereby cadmium determination.
