基于2013年中国雇主—雇员匹配数据,关于企业年金对工作搜寻和任期长短的影响的实证研究结果显示,企业年金的实施对我国的微观劳动力市场产生了相关的经济效应。具体表现为:企业年金作为二分变量对30岁以上女性的工作搜寻行为有显著的负向效应,而对男性工作搜寻行为的影响并不显著;企业年金对员工任期有显著的延长效应,且在规模较大的公司中更为显著。企业声誉效应可以解释企业年金对这两个因变量的差异化影响。
Based on the 2013 employer-employee matching data in China, empirical research on the impact of annuity on job search and term length shows that the implementation of annuity has a relevant economic effect on China’s microfinance market. The specific performance is as follows: the enterprise annuity as a dichotomous variable has a significant negative effect on job search behavior of women over the age of 30, while the effect on male job search behavior is not significant; enterprise annuity has a significant extension effect on employee tenure, Larger companies in the more significant. The corporate reputation effect can explain the differentiated impact of enterprise annuity on these two dependent variables.
