目的研究探讨64排螺旋CT在全身血管疾病中的应用价值。方法选取本院2013年2月至2015年12月期间收治的全身血管疾病患者171例,全部患者均通过64排螺旋CT行血管造影检测,并结合高级血管分析系统(AVA)采用多平面重建、最大密度投影、容积再现重组等技术构建CT图像。结果本次研究中171例全身血管疾病患者均通过64排螺旋CT血管成像检测,表明血管成像良好,图像清晰明辨,检测成功率达到100%;其中37例颅内血管,50例颈部血管,73例胸腹部血管,11例肾动脉。结论 64排螺旋CT在全身血管疾病的检测诊断中具有较高的应用价值,该技术安全可靠且无创伤,通过64排螺旋CT血管造影成像精细构建解剖生理图,可作为血管病变介入术前的最佳筛查手段,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the value of 64-slice spiral CT in systemic vascular diseases. Methods A total of 171 patients with systemic vascular diseases admitted from February 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital were selected. All patients were examined by 64-slice spiral CT angiography combined with multi-planar reconstruction with advanced vascular analysis system (AVA) Maximum density projection, volume reconstruction and other techniques to build CT images. Results In this study, 171 patients with systemic vascular disease were detected by 64-slice spiral CT angiography, which showed that the imaging of the blood vessels was well and the images were clearly discernible. The detection success rate was 100%. Among them, 37 cases of intracranial vessels and 50 cases of neck vessels , 73 cases of thoracic and abdominal vascular, 11 cases of renal artery. Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT has high value in the detection and diagnosis of systemic vascular diseases. The technique is safe, reliable and non-invasive. The anatomical physiology map can be accurately constructed by 64-slice spiral CT angiography. It can be used as a preoperative The best screening method, it is worth clinical application.
