皮带运输系统是煤矿生产过程中非常重要的组成部分,皮带运输系统的安全运行,对煤矿高效生产举足轻重。目前大部分矿井依然采用井下单机人工操控的控制方式。为解决煤矿井下皮带传统型人工操控模式,人力物力投入较大问题,结合矿井皮带运输现状,对原有系统进行升级改造。将基于PLC的自动控制技术运用于皮带运输系统,同时增设视频监控,语音传输,从而实现皮带集中控制,确保煤矿安全高效生产。
Belt transport system is a very important part of coal mine production process. The safe operation of belt transport system plays an important role in efficient coal mine production. At present, most of the mines are still controlled by underground single-unit manual control. In order to solve the traditional manual control mode of coal mine belt, the manpower and material resources devoted greater problems. Based on the status of mine belt transportation, the original system was upgraded. The PLC-based automatic control technology used in the belt transport system, while additional video surveillance, voice transmission, in order to achieve centralized belt control to ensure safe and efficient coal production.
