在固液比1∶10时,将凹凸棒石粘土分别采用1%HCl、H2SO4、H3PO4、CH3COOH、HClO4和H4P2O7溶液进行处理,通过红外光谱、凹凸棒石粘土成分、比表面积、稳态剪切流变和脱色力性能的测定,考察了不同类型酸处理对凹凸棒石粘土结构和性能的影响。结果表明:与凹凸棒石粘土原土相比,经酸处理后可溶出凹凸棒石粘土中的Na+、Mg2+和Ca2+离子;HCl、CH3COOH、H3PO4和HClO4溶液处理的凹凸棒石粘土比表面积和孔体积减小,但平均孔径增大;经酸处理后凹凸棒石粘土剪切粘度降低;用H2SO4处理的凹凸棒石粘土表现出最好的脱色性能。
The attapulgite clay was treated with 1% HCl, H2SO4, H3PO4, CH3COOH, HClO4 and H4P2O7 respectively at the solid-to-liquid ratio of 1:10. The infrared spectra, attapulgite clay composition, specific surface area, Rheological and decolorizing properties were investigated. The effects of different types of acid treatment on the structure and properties of attapulgite clay were investigated. The results showed that compared with attapulgite clay, Na +, Mg2 + and Ca2 + ions can be dissolved in attapulgite clay after acid treatment. The specific surface area and pore size of attapulgite clay treated with HCl, CH3COOH, H3PO4 and HClO4 solutions The volume decreases but the average pore diameter increases; the shear viscosity of attapulgite clay decreases after acid treatment; the attapulgite clay treated with H2SO4 exhibits the best decolorization performance.
