目的正交试验法筛选鼻窦灌注液的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验和多指标加权评分法,以黄芪甲苷含量转移率、浸膏得率为评价指标,优选鼻窦灌注液的最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为处方量的药材加入水5倍,无需浸泡,提取2次,每次1.5 h。结论该提取工艺稳定可靠,简单可行,为鼻窦灌注液成型工艺奠定了基础。
Objective Orthogonal test to screen the optimal extraction process of sinus perfusion fluid. Methods Orthogonal test and multiple index weighting method were used to optimize the extraction process of sinus perfusion liquid, and the transfer rate of astragaloside IV and the extraction rate were taken as the evaluation indexes. Results The best extraction process for the prescription of herbs add 5 times the water, without soaking, extraction 2 times, each 1.5 h. Conclusion The extraction process is stable and reliable, simple and feasible, and lays the foundation for the process of perfusion of sinuses.
