履带式联合收割机具有越障性好,对松软、潮湿土壤作业适应性强,侧向稳定性好等诸多优点,而传动系的设计在履带式联合收割机产品开发中占有重要地位。该文基于知识工程技术,提出了适用于履带式联合收割机传动系设计的知识获取与分类方法,将传动系设计知识分为公式类、参数类、选型类、表格类和图形类。根据传动系设计知识具有因果关系明确、结构鲜明等特点,采用产生式和框架式知识表示方法分别对设计知识进行了表示。依据知识的分类,提出了设计知识的存储方式。在此基础上,构建了履带式联合收割机传动系设计知识库,并基于VisualStudio2008平台开发了知识库管理系统。应用所开发的知识库,设计开发人员可以快速地设计出履带式联合收割机新产品的原型,缩短设计周期,节约设计成本,提高设计效率。
Caterpillar combine harvester has many advantages such as good obstacle avoidance, strong adaptability to soft and damp soil work, good lateral stability, etc., and the design of the drive train occupies an important position in the product development of the crawler type combine harvester. Based on the knowledge engineering technology, this paper puts forward a knowledge acquisition and classification method which is suitable for the design of the drivetrain of the crawler harvester. The design knowledge of the drive train is divided into formula class, parameter class, selection class, form class and graphic class. According to the design knowledge of powertrain has the characteristics of clear causality, clear structure and so on, the design knowledge is expressed respectively by production and frame knowledge representation. According to the classification of knowledge, put forward the storage of design knowledge. On this basis, the design knowledge base of crawler combine harvester was established, and a knowledge base management system was developed based on Visual Studio 2008 platform. By using the developed knowledge base, designers and developers can quickly design the prototype of the new product of the tracked combine harvester, shorten the design cycle, save the design cost and improve the design efficiency.
