目的分析本院儿科住院患儿抗菌药物使用情况,评价其合理性。方法随机抽取本院2007年1月至2008年9月住院部儿科病历636份,对抗菌药物使用情况进行统计和分析。结果636例住院患儿中,477份使用抗菌药物,使用率为75.2%,其中二联用药率为51.1%(242/474)。不合理使用抗菌药物用药病历32份,占被抽查病历的5%,如药物选择、联合用药不当。结论本院儿科住院患儿抗菌药物使用存在不合理情况,有待改进。
Objective To analyze the use of antimicrobial drugs in pediatric inpatients in our hospital and evaluate its rationality. Methods A total of 636 pediatric pediatric records from January 2007 to September 2008 in our hospital were randomly collected, and statistics were made on the use of antibacterial drugs. Results Of the 636 hospitalized children, 477 were antibacterials, with a utilization rate of 75.2%, of which 51.1% (242/474) were used in combination. Unreasonable use of antimicrobial medication medical records 32, accounting for 5% of the spot checks medical records, such as drug selection, improper combination. Conclusion The use of antibiotics in pediatric inpatients in our hospital is unreasonable and need to be improved.
