渗透性药物注入兔第三脑室引起眼压改变,注入低渗溶液眼压上升,高渗溶液眼压下降;脑室注入前列腺素E组药物眼压和直肠温度均上升。在实验动物,脑室注入钙后深部体温降低,其改变大小取决于剂量的多少。本文研究兔第三脑室注入后对眼压的影响。用一生理性封闭的不锈钢套管在立体定位仪上插入雄性白兔(4-4.5kg)的第三脑室。插入点位干中线,冠状缝前1mm,深14.5mm,并长期固定在头骨上。术后至少一周开始进行实验。两次实验之间最少休息2天。
Intraocular pressure (IOP) infiltration into the third ventricle of rabbits caused changes in intraocular pressure, hypotonic solution infusion intraocular pressure increased, hypertonic solution intraocular pressure decreased; intraventricular injection of prostaglandin E group intraocular pressure and rectal temperature increased. In laboratory animals, deep hypothermia is reduced after intracerebroventricular injection of calcium, the magnitude of which varies depending on the dose. This article studies the rabbit’s third ventricle after injection of intraocular pressure. A third physiologically closed stainless steel cannula was inserted into the third ventricle of a male white rabbit (4-4.5 kg) on a stereotaxic instrument. Insert point dry center line, coronal suture before 1mm, 14.5mm deep, and long-term fixed on the skull. At least one week after the start of the experiment. Rest between two experiments for at least 2 days.
