检验沥青路面面层压实度是用沥青混合料最大理论密度标准进行计算,最大理论密度是取松散沥青混合料用真空法测定,将混合料试样浸入水中,在真空度为97.3kPa下持续15±2min,解除负压后测定其最大理论密度。这样用最大理论密度计算的压实度称为最大理论密度的压实度。现结合规范有关条款及实际,就沥青路面压实度检测中的标准密度取值、实际密度测试方法及压实度标准等问题进行探讨,提出以理论密度作为压实度检测的标准密度。
Test asphalt pavement compaction degree is calculated using the maximum theoretical density of asphalt mixture, the maximum theoretical density is taken loose asphalt mixture was measured by vacuum method, the mixture sample immersed in water, the vacuum degree of 97.3kPa continued 15 ± 2min, measured after lifting the maximum theoretical density of negative pressure. The compaction degree calculated in this way with the maximum theoretical density is called the compaction degree of the maximum theoretical density. In combination with the relevant provisions of the specification and actuality, the standard density of asphalt pavement compaction testing, actual density testing methods and compaction standards are discussed. The theoretical density is taken as the standard density for compaction testing.
